Cats food products don’t have enough taurine. If you feed your cat dry or wet food, there is not enough taurine. Cats need 500mg of it.

I'm not so sure this works for boosting metabolism but it does seem to calm you at night.

I liked the simplicity of this item- no other ingredients with the added benefit of a good price.

So little Taurine powder in these capsules that you are not even getting HALF the advertised dose. EVERY capsule in this jar is barely half full or LESS. There IS NOT 200 capsules worth of Taurine in here. This is a scam and I am returning it and will not order this brand again. Now I see how they sell them so cheap, and with business ethics like this I even question WHAT is even inside these capsules ? This is the last time I will choose quantity over quality because I also chose a large quantity capsule size of another supplement and they did the exact same thing. From now on I'll choose the highest rating not this highest count.

Really, I forgot why I ordered these, it wasn't for memory. What I know it does for me it is it keeps the excess fluid off my legs. I was already taking a water pill, and I thought they were doing a great job. But this Earthborn Elements Taurine is drawing more water from somewhere. My legs appreciate them. I take two capsules after I get back in the house, Smile.
