Not adjustable, too small and not fittable
I placed an order for return of the vest the day I got it. Delivery uy came to pick it up but said he came on a bike and it's a 20kg vest he will come back later in a van and pick it up. I spoke with multiple agents after that but nobody has come to pick up the vest and it's been around 9 days now. Pathetic service by Amazon too

It is weighing 20kg.But if you do pushup wearing that most of the weight will go taken up by your lower back. Unlike other weighted vest where load goes to upper back.Good for squats and other activities like Pullup

the vest in the pic and the actual product is not the same i order a 20 kg variant wight was good felt quite light but the main thing was the string to tie up like how am i suppose to tie it up to keep the wights from moving around freely rahter than a vest it was more like hanger and i felt like come on at least update your ads

Cheap quality
This product is the worst i have ever seen. Got no buckles just thin fabric that you have to tie like shoes laces .. bad quality of stitching..
