Fit perfect, work perfect
I use my Weber a lot and so I go through grates every few years, well more like a lot of years actually. I tried the knock off grates but found them to be inferior to the OEMs; they rust and flake quickly and wind up costing more in the long run. I tend to rebuild my Weber as it gets old so I've tried the knock off parts and they just aren't s good: igniters, flavorizer bars, etc. I now only use Weber OEM parts and happily pay a little extra to do so. These grates are also superior to the stainless steel for heat transfer and searing.

Works great for Weber Summit S-420
I have been looking for a set of Proelian-Ennameled Cast-Iron (PCI) cooking grates for my Weber 1710001 Summit S-420 Propane Gas Grill, Stainless Steel. The original S-420 comes with a set of stainless steel rod grates, which look very good when new. However the stainless steel grates are hard to clean and food sticks to the grates. Due to the size of the Summit S-420 I could not find a perfect set of PCI grates.Although this set was not designed for the Summit S-420, It worked well in the end. The Summit's stainless stell grates measure 19-1/8" long and 26-1/2" wide. This set is 19-1/4" long and 26" wide. I was hopeful that it would fit, but it didn't. The new grates are 1/8" too long. After studying the grill for a bit, I found that I could slightly loosen two screws on the back of the grill to let the depth of the grill expand a little bit. After doing that, the new grates fit in properly. It is still half an inch too narrow but that's as perfect as it gets in my search for a pair of PCI grates. When I fired up the grill and tried the new grates for the first time, I found it was a much better BBQ experience. Food did not stick as much, and the grates were much easier to clean.I bought the grates from "Warehouse Deals" which is basically the official Amazon.com outlet store. The price was very good. Amazon.com said in the listings for "Warehouse Deals" that the packaging was damaged but the products were fine. The grates came exactly like that - only the cardboard box was slightly damaged, but the grates were same as new. I highly recommend this product and the seller "Warehouse Deals".

Genesis E310 (2010 version) is Just like new - 7 year old grill reborn
I was tired of buying $100 grills and replacing them every few years. I decided to drop the $500 and get a good Weber Genesis E310 (2010 version with the dials on the right side). I wasn't disappointed. The even cooking, good sear, and durability were all as expected. However, after 7 years of 2-5 times a week use the components were wearing down. The grates had rusted out (should have oiled more) and lost a lot of material. I ordered a new set of grates. They fit my Genesis E310 perfectly. They are close to the OEM factory grates that it came with, if not exact. While i was at it, I replaced the flavorizer bars and the burner elements. I can say I'm a happy griller once again. It runs like new producing very even heat, great grill marks, no flare-ups and it is running like new once again. I'm a believer in Weber products and would recommend replacing with genuine parts.

The Real Thing
These are real Webber grates, they are just as good quality as the original that come with your grill. Stainless steel is better of course, but then the price also goes way up. They are a little more pricey then needed, but genuine Webber stuff is usually like that. They fit my grill just like my original grates. I got about 4 full seasons out of them before I started seeing rust and I live near the ocean so there is allot of salt in the air. Other then the price I have no complaints, I find original Webber parts usually are of better quality then aftermarket stuff.

What a deal on great grates!
I originally purchased a highly regarded set of grates from ______ to replace the worn out set on my Weber Genesis. One of the replacements broke in 3 places after seasoning it, so I went looking for genuine Weber grill grates, and found a Used-Like New pair for $59 which is about $80+ off retail! And that’s exactly what I received; a BRAND NEW pair of grates in a ratty Weber box! Jackpot!I’m sure these will last as long as the originals (10 yrs), unlike the defective ones I first ordered. Thanks Amazon!
