Hot RacingVXS4801 Aluminum Servo Saver Steering Bellcrank (Black) - 1/16 TRA

Not much to say except that it works as expected and does make it stronger than stock. ONLY thing I would say is if you upgrade this, then you should probably think about upgrading the bulkhead to aluminum as well. The items looks great once installed.

At first everything looks and well made. At first and installing it was easy. After all that the problem began when I was driving my RC vehicle outside straight and I have to re-trim the servo so many times during my RC session. After I was done with that I investigated and I believe it was the new servo saver design was the problem it was a lot of slop where there should have been no slop at all. Looking at the stock Servo saver I noticed that there was no swap at all whatsoever so I put the stock Servo saver back in place and the problem was gone and I was able to drive my RC vehicle straight once again. I would not recommend this upgrade until they fix this design flaw.Update fix on heart racing Servo saver for Traxxas 1/16 E Revo 1/23/2022After having this Servo saver from hot Racing for the Traxxas 1/16 E-Revo I had an idea to fix this slop and I did. So I disassembled the hot racing Servo saver for the 1/16 E-Revo to remove the part as you see in the photo where I shaved off some of the excess metal from this part with a rotary tool as you see here in the photos to widen that area a bit to fill in the gaps to eliminate the slop issue with the servo saver. After putting it back together and testing it out, I noticed that the slop issue was fixed. The slop was gone. and after I put it back the hot racing Servo saver in my 1/16 E-Revo and testing everything out, the slop was gone. And the next day I took it out for a test run and I noticed that everything that the hot racing servo saver was working correctly and I did not have to make that many adjustments on the trim other than what was necessary. I don't know what happened with hot racing, but they should have noticed this and fix this issue and they didn't fix it. Otherwise this part works correctly but they screw up in this area of the design. If you wish to buy you will need to do this fix.

Great replacement for the semi-brittle traxxas plastic one. Make sure your screws are going in straight to the control arms or you may break it off and get it stuck. Other than that its perfect! Very durable!

Great durability, but ever since I installed this my steering feels loose. Not sure why, but I keep having to trim it Everytime I drive it. Might be something I'm doing wrong might not. 🤷
