Q: I am 5’0 will this work for my height?

My wife (5'2") found the Knee Walker too tall for her. She got the Knee Rover instead and found it "just right" with room to lower the knee pad if you are shorter. We returned the Knee Walker that we bought for a refund without any problem

Q: Is there free return if it doesn't work?

I got a complete replacement because the pin that prevents the handle bar from twirling all the way around, causing a fall, was missing. They don't carry parts, so just replaced the entire unit and had me box up the old one which they paid to have me return.

Q: Is there a way to get the wheels to move more freely?

Occasionally, they make marks on my tile floors but easily mop up. They don't make marks on my carpeted areas

Q: How do you fix the brake lock? Mine doesn't want to unlock on one side now. The locking cylinder stays drpressed?

Sounds like a cable adjustment is needed. A bike shop can do that for you.
