My son is big into Skylanders. So, we've always tried to get him all of the new characters and games when they come out. This is one of his favorite characters. He's played with this one over the others since he received it. From watching my son play with this character as well as the new game I can easily say the Skylanders SuperChargers is probably the best one yet. I believe we will be picking up all of the super chargers characters.

The item was new in package and worked with my boys' new Skylanders Supercharges Game they Received for Xmas. My boys have owned all of the skylander games and end up with a number of the characters. The characters are well built and detailed.

Our son loves the Smash Hit. It works with all platforms. Just a FYI, this is only the character itself and doesn't come with a thump truck.

This goofy Gopher is an interesting, though lackluster, addition to the Earth-lander line-up. His melee move is essentially an overhead version of Bashes tail swipe, and his secondary is a slow moving twirl that's decent for crowd control. All in all, there are a lot of Earth-landers that does what he does but better. Getting Supercharged with his vehicle gives him a slight edge in this game when not in Earth zones however, so there is some redeeming quality given that he is in the current line-upI have to edit this review to add that his model IS a 5-star model, but it just doesn't translate to a 5-star performance in game, even after leveling him up. He does have an obnoxious amount of Hit Points, oddly about on par with the lower end Giants.
