I thought to try the Neapolitan wedding cake -disaster both the sponge and the creamthe sponge -10 eggs ,5 tbsp honey, 200 g sugar and 25(twenty five)g of flour ?!-what a disaster ,it came out of the oven liquid ??misprintThen the filling 800 ml single cream,80 ml double cream,250 ml mascarpone and 100 g icing sugar -beaten for many,many minutes and not becoming a creme Chantilly (as too much single cream??),stayed v liquid -misprint again ???otherwise the book looks great and great photos!I will give it another chance though ,with a different recipe...

I am rather disappointed as the book has a terrible score mark down the front. It’s a birthday present so I don’t have time to return it

This is my favorite restaurant in Paris. The cookbook does not dissappoint.

Libro ben fatto ma contenuto povero. Le ricette non sono de tutto Italiane, ma di “ispirazione Italian”, direi.

Assurez-vous que vous le souhaitez vraiment en langue Anglaise !Mauvaise surprise à l'ouverture du manuel, première utilisation, déchirure immédiate de la reliure intérieure de la couverture principale de mauvaise qualité, pas assez bien assemblée et résistante ! Dommage pour un tel cadeau à offrir à un ami ou un proche !!!!

Il libro è bello, sono belle le figure ma la ricetta base della pizza è sbagliata. Se uno non è già abituato a fare la pizza non se ne accorge. Per il costo del libro ritengo che sia un errore importante.
