My neurologist recommended another supplement, Migrelief, for my migraines as another preventative layer. Unfortunately, that one caused digestive issues due to the feverfew. I tried these and after 2 bottles I wasn't sure if it was helping or not with everything else I take so I didn't order a 3rd....until 2 weeks later when I started getting daily migraines outside of my typical hormonal times. I had continued taking a different magnesium supplement but it has to be the B-2 that's helping. I immediately reordered and will never again let myself run out.

Great to get rid of migraines if taken daily
My daughter suffers from migraines. My friend told me that her son neurologist recommended B2 for him when he was younger and suffer with migraines and they couldn’t determine the issue but He didn’t want to put him on medication. He recommend for him to take B2 everyday and after a year for taking it daily, her son stopped having those migraine headaches and it’s been years. I decided to get my daughter these. She’s been taking them and since taking them she hasn’t had any migraine episodes. She forgot to take them for a few days and she got a migraine headache that led to me picking her up from school early. She hates those headaches as anyone who suffers from them do. I know she won’t forget to take her pills from now. I’m hoping these will lead to the same results as my friend’s son after a year of daily use with my daughter. So far, they’re definitely working to keep those migraine headaches away if she stays consistent to taking them daily and I’d recommend these to anyone suffering with migraines or has a child who suffers with it.
