If you are consistent, it will work
I've been using Lean 1 for years. It does work. Just stick to it, make some diet changes, and you'll see results. I blend mine. I use ice cubes, a teaspoon of Nesquik, oat milk, and Lean 1 in a blender.

Good value. Been taking Lean One for a few years now and overall I like it. It does seem like the taste is different than what it was previously but it’s still better than other proteins I’ve tried.
