Great cheese.
Edam cheese is impossible to find where I live (S.E. Kentucky) so I found this option available through Amazon. Husband was very happy as this is deemed extremely necessary to go with a Portuguese pork dish his family has always had every Christmas morning. Made big points finding a Edam cheese supplier!

Wonderful cheese
Previously purchased and gifted 4lb ball to everyone’s delight.Recently purchased 2 lb ball and it dissapered in 1/2 the time.Quality and consistency with both very flavorful creamy cheese.A winner !

Never buy any cheese product it can get you sick if you have IBS
The cheese was soft nit hard the ice had melt should have used hot ice in order for it to stay cold .

Disheartened
The cheese arrived on time and was well packed.. Altho my expectations was not met. The texture is medium hard to hard , not supple. The taste was a bit yeasty, resembling a off the shelf, random cheese. I was disappointed and posed disagree with this recommendations from a friend and of the suggestive reviews. Twas worth a try.

Love cheese.
First time getting this cheese it’s uh different then regular store bought cheese I am not used to a medium hard cheese but not bad also arrived 5 days early but was very soft.
