Great shelf piece.
Very high quality, looks and feels great to use! Not much magnification to make it super useful but an interesting shelf piece

Lousy magnification.
Not only is this monocular smaller in actual size than it seems to appear in the listing, the actual FUNCTION is lousy. It only has one true lens and the magnification is barely larger than viewing with the naked eye, as can be discerned by viewing with both eyes open. While it makes for a handsome display piece, it should NOT be relied upon as an actual spyglass, which is most disappointing for my daughter who really wanted a great working spyglass for Christmas. This COULD be improved after-market by the consumer, if one happens to know an optometrist or lens-grinder who can fix it up for you.

poor quality control the threads that hold on the eye peace will not tighten up.
the treads that hold on the eye peace will not tighten up, the threads act as if they are striped or sized totally wrong. Poor Quality Control !!!!
