Not super sharp, it’s a fun tool to have for pasta making and a fair price but the quality isn’t great. Very light weight and not very sharp so I had to go over the pasta a few times to cut it

I bought this to make pasta and found another delightful use for other pastries. Its great for cutting squares. I used it to make the square for apple danish and the sharpness lead to the layers being beautifully separated when it rose in the oven. This might be my new go to for making flaky layered biscuits.

I loved it Was Great for cakes so you could have all pices the same size BUT I used it 3 times and went to use it Again and 1 wheel fell off so you can use it 3 times 4th time its trash not a Good product its junk so do not buy one waste of your money

My hands are unsteady, but with this I can cut pastry evenly. I love it!

I had hoped to be able to use these for cutting my croissants, but not only are the blades pretty dull, they aren't attached tightly enough and rock back and forth creating uneven cuts. I just use a pizza cutter now.
