I am updating my original review below from a one star to a five star for the resolution experience, as I was refunded in full upon Amazon contacting the seller to resolve the issue with me. The process was quick, it was complete, and it was simple. Customer service is everything and should be handled the way they handled it. Original product review is still below._I’m surprised by all of the positive reviews on this product other than its quick absorption. I test my progesterone daily, meaning I have a daily quantifiable measurement to see if it’s working. This product does not increase my test values. So, quick absorption—though nice if the product worked—is a null value, especially for the price of this. Other creams offered on Amazon at much lesser mg delivery have actually increased my testing values, and they cost much less as well, so this product and its good reviews are a bit disturbing to me for those who may continue to buy it off of the large amount of positive reviews that are anecdotal regarding feeling (though I’m not saying feeling lacks value). I do however wish I could get every penny back. It says there are no refunds, but Amazon has let me know they have contacted the seller to resolve the issue. I will update this review if updating is possible, but only if a resolution (a refund, because I don’t need a replacement of an item that does not work) is achieved. I only purchased the product based on an overwhelming amount of reviews regarding it working, so though I do not like to leave a negative review, I think people should get a wider scope of how it works or doesn’t work based on examples of actual measurement.

What can I say? This stuff is a dud. Really surprised, but I guess I've been ripped off. I have used various other progesterone creams and I am very familiar with the good effects that they give my body. But after using this several times, I've noticed every single time that my symptoms aren't any better and don't change. Therefore, there is either no progesterone in this cream or very little--certainly NOT 75 mg per pump! I'm not sure where all the good reviews come from. Maybe they changed the ingredients at some point...

Menopause is definitely no fun. The hot flashes and no energy whatsoever. Sure my Dr's can create a compound of fake chemical hormones but the risks aren't worth it so I tried this Progesterone cream which is made from African Yams and it actually works so much so that if I forget to rub some on I can really notice a difference later in the day. Just don't use it after 3pm or you'll be up all night...yes it's that good! I like to store my bottle upside down in the fridge. It's supposed to make sure you get the most accurate amount of product in each pump storing it upside down and the coldness helps maintain its freshness (not to mention it feels nice & cool) storing it in the refrigerator.

I ordered this product based on the reviews. I started using it since May and so far I like this product. I sleep better, I feel better and on the days when I am not using it, I notice the difference. I spoke to my doctor about it and she was absolutely fine with me using it. She said: see how you will continue feeling and we can always adjust if you need something different.
