It came and was of good quality and had a reasonable price.

Badly stored.
I normally enjoy KitKat Chunky bars, but these are very disappointing. They are smaller than those I have bought in the recent past and this batch had evidently been stored incorrectly as they had obviously melted and many of them disintegrated when opened.
