After buying these - I discovered that my Brooks shoes, purchased off Amazon, had two right insoles in them. No wonder they felt weird. Anyway, these insoles are what $140.00 sneakers should already include. Definitely buy them if you need support running!

I put these in my UGG slippers for better support due to my plantar fasciitis. I like this kind over the classic green and black spenco because they offer more cushioning and comfort. I also use these inside a pair of leather knee high boots 👢 because they did not have the support I needed so now they are comfortable

Are used to wear these all the time, however, something seems to have changed with either the insert, or my foot. When I put them in my shoes this morning, within half an hour, my left foot was buzzing, that’s the only way I can describe it. It was like a tingly sensation. I had to take them off. This is unfortunate because I’ve been wearing this brand for many years but these that I put on feel different to me. Unfortunately I meant able to return them because my return window has expired. I do not recommend these.

She wanted them, wore for a short time and set them aside. Not a great review. I have a men's pair that I love in my work boots.

These are the only insoles I can use with my plantar fasciitis. I wish they were a little more cushioned in the toe area but the arch support hits just right for me.
