This worked perfect for the concert I went to, the glitter powder became easy to paint on, and it lasted all night!

Work very well and is versatile

Not Giving it 5 stars because it is not safe for sensitive skin, yesterday the product did burn my eyelid before it dried. But It made my eyeshadows very pigmented, I did Wake up the next day still with some burning sensation in one eyelid, but since it was one eyelid and not the other I cant 100% be sure this was a reaction to the product. Also i used it again today and did not feel any burning so, I'll be testing it furtherEdit: changing the rating to 3 stars because the small bottle always trips down and once it happens no matter how well you close the lid, the product spills so I've lost so much product like this, I just ordered the big bottle to see if this stops happening.

I use this to turn my eyeshadow into flawless smudge proof eyeliner. I've worn it while crying, clubbing, and even in 100 degree heat and it hasn't budged. Just dip your brush in the bottle and use your pallet, easy as that.

This stuff is awesome and looks so good!! So fun for out of this world makeup ideas. A little goes a long way for sure. It easily washes off as well

I was excited to use this for a murder mystery I had and it did not work well at all. I was disappointed with its wear. It was not water proof nor was it smudge resistant. It also stung around my eyes. I’ve been doing make up for over 20 years and just expected this to be better from mehron.

Does what it’s suppose to do.. which makes eyeshadow powder it into a liquid but it dries so quickly. Like literally 10 seconds, my shadow turns back into a powder on my eyelid lol. It also dries down so bad that it doesn’t keep the appearance of a liquid liner. It’s weird and not really worth it. I’ll be buying a Inglot brand next time.
