Used for display of 1/18 model cars. The case came quickly, very well packaged and professionally built. Its no wonder they are out of stock so often. There was no setup required, with the exception of removing the protective paper from the plexiglass (not difficult to do, just take your time), and I chose to position the hinge side at the bottom for ease of use (adding or removing cars with the hinge on top seems like it would have been more difficult). I used the included wall anchors and screws and the unit is solid. I love the reflective mirror backing. It gives the unit depth and is perfect. Once your models are inside you'll be staring at them all day. Seller does a great job on these cases and I'll be back for more!

Recently got back into collecting cars I can never afford, at least the smaller versions. I bought one of these cases to display a few of my 1/18 models. Quickly ran out of room, so I bought another. This display case is superb, well-built, and looks fantastic. I'm sure I'll be ordering another as my collection grows.

I ordered this for 1:18 model cars. It was extremely well packed, no damage at all. The case is great, perfectly clear with a mirrored backing. It also has a locking feature and hangs on 4 screws(provided). You have to be careful measuring and mounting but it isn't difficult, needless to say you will need a level. All my 1:18 cars fit easily into the spaces. I was surprised the door is hinged at the top( or bottom) instead of left or right. But since you aren't constantly opening it or closing it, it is fine. Using a hair dryer to remove the front panel protective paper worked well. I would recommend this case to anyone.

Mounting was easy. Be cautious with how you remove the protective film so you don't tweak or crack the hinges. The hinges didn't look particularly sturdy, so I mounted it with the hinge on the bottom to make the door just hang out of the way when I have to open it. Some of my 1:24 models can be doubled up in one display slot. The bottom four models in my pic are 1:18, the rest are 1:24.

This is a super nice display case it does hold 1/18 scale Diecast cars snuggly doesn’t leave much room if your Diecast are a little bigger. One of my 1/18 scale Dukes of Hazzard police car wouldn’t fit in this case it was to long that car is on top of the display case. Also I had to take the CB antennas off of the General Lee cars they also wouldn’t fit in this case. I also have a bunch of 1/24 scale Diecast this case would be perfect for the 1/24 scale. Over all I am pleased with the case I am able to display my collection.
