Excellent spice combo for chili
I liked the spice combination for my chili, with a slight adjustment. I used the spice packet on the ground beef to cook it like taco meat. This seemed to infuse the beef with the flavors, instead of adding the packet to the chili mix fluid. I also used spicey V-8 as my stock, but I like a little heat in my chili.
