BANDAI Super Saiyan Vegeta - S.H.Figuarts

This S.H. Figuarts Vegeta figure is entirely rad. Bear in mind that it's a collector's item; it won't be as durable as toys marketed to younger kids. That being said, it's a load of fun to mess around with and has all the articulation and durability you'd expect from a Figuarts.The chest armor restricts arm and torso movement a bit, but not distractingly so. Vegeta's arms can't be crossed, and the waist joint is odd - You have to 'pop' the torso up a few millimeters before you can get any waist movement. The shoulder joints and hip joints make up for any downfalls, though. There are chest joints beneath the shoulder joint, so action poses seem much more natural. Similarly, the hip joints are also on a joint that allows for extended leg movement. I won't list all of the points of articulation, since that's boring. Instead, I'll just say that he's easy to get into natural-looking poses.The figure's balance is nice; he can be posed without a stand fairly easily. If you have any figure stands, though, this figure looks pretty cool suspended in DBZ-esque "power-up" poses.If you like Dragonball Z or just think that the figure looks cool, S.H. Figuarts Vegeta is definitely worth it. Easily the highest-quality Vegeta action figure on the market.

This is a solid figure with a beautiful sculpt. Most likely THE best Figuarts DBZ to date. No separation issues (like the waste of SS3 Goku and some others) and no thin joint/ breaking issues (as with some of the Trunks figures).The sculpt is amazing, and changing out hands, heads and faces is simple. Well worth the interest and te purchase.Now the real issue - is it worth the high price. I rate this as THE best DBZ figure made to date. Still, no figure is worth this price. They all have minute imperfections and some are a bit more obvious than others. For this kind of money, $300 +, you may expect you'll receive a perfect specimen. The problem is, you never do and never will save for some amazing luck.So, to sum up, BEST figure to date, but still not worth the price tag. If you are unlike me and actually have patience, just cross your fingers for the re-release.

This is a review on S H Figuarts' Super Saiyan Vegeta. This was actually my first SHF figure, which set the standard of excellence that is this toy-line. Super posable, and the detailed with awesome shading. His boots for example look great.Out of all the DBZ figures this one is the least expensive, an for a reason. Vegeta comes with the least amount of stuff. When compared to Trunks it's almost sad. I picked Vegeta up for around 30 bucks which is a veeeery good deal. Included along with Vegeta is a spare face, and two sets of spare hands. That is it. (Trunks comes with 7 sets of hands, a normal head, SS head, 8 faces, 2 swords and a sheath)This figure is in scale with the other SHF DBZ figures. Taller than Gohan, while shorter than Goku and Piccolo. His hair is pointy, so watch out. Safety first! I wish this came with more, but as I said this figure was less expensive so I get it.Yeah, buy this figure you will not regret it. I recommend this figure, but only to collectors. This is not a childrens toy.

When I got this I was so excited and after opening it I was not disappointed. The articulation on these figures are amazing and the number of poses possible are too many to count. The fact you can swap body parts and faces makes this so much more fun to have. The detail is remarkable too and spot on in terms of looking like Vegeta. I would recommend this to any Dragonball Z fan as a MUST-HAVE item.

I purchased a Brand NEW Super Saiyan VegetaThe original box had a Dragon Ball Z Logo and Bandai logo.However, the item seemed awfully loose.Then, I checked this website to tell the difference from the real to the bootleghttp://blog.mhtoyshop.com/s-h-figuarts-super-saiyan-vegeta-v-s-bootleg-datong-super-saiyan-vegeta/I compared this website's images to my figure as seen in the picture.Turns out: My Vegeta figure had no serial # or Copyright details, colors are a bit off, and have loose articulation.If you stumble upon these discrepancies, RETURN THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!And purchase another from another seller.

Although its scarce, I don't think I would pay that much for him ONLY because he doesn't come with much like the vegetta with scouter. REALLY steep for really little!!!

The figure has an incredible sculpt and actually very decent articulation. I expected it to be bigger, so it's a bit expensive for forty bucks, though I understand the figure is collectible and from Japan. So that's why I give it a 4 star and not five. be sure you'e got a lot of loose change hanging around for this. $30 dollars is more reasonable though i understand why it is forty and Vegeta is the most affordable of all the figures in this line. The accessories are very cool (the extra hands and faces) though it would have been even cooler if came with an energy base or an energy call to pose the figure with. Worth buying, just be careful knowing that the figure is rather small (even if Vegeta is a short character) and is pricey. Great for making any iconic vegeta pose you can think of.

This toy sits on my shelf next to masterpiece optimus prime and my gundam. for years dragon ball fans have had to put up with sub standard figures but the SHF line has given us true masterpiece dragon ball z figures that can fit in your pocket, with more then 38 points of articulation its a kick ass toy for the price.Vegeta is the cheapestint he toy line but i would still consider buying the others
