Goldilocks’ seat bag - size small is just right for mountain bike w/ dropper
I have a 20+ year old Topeak saddle bag I adore, it has held up with zero problems. My son needed one for his new bike for high school mountain bike team. First I ordered size Medium, and it was waaaaay too big. It stuck out several inches behind his seat and rubbed on the tire. If you didn’t have a dropper and like a big bag, it could work for you. Then I ordered the Micro and it was waaaaay too small, I couldn’t even get a tube in it at all, it was useless. My lady shorts pockets hold more stuff, which says something since lady pockets suck. Finally, I got the Small, and it is JUST RIGHT. It fits a 29” tube, levers and a tool, could probably cram some bacon strips in there if I tried. No snack or phone, though, unless you have a really small tube. It doesn’t impede the seat dropper at all, it’s easy to put on and off for bike washing. Zipper seems ok, straps fit perfectly under the saddle. I would advise measuring before ordering and saving yourself little trouble. ;)

The Perfect Saddle Bag
I have a road bike and wanted a small bag to fit the essentials on my treks that vary from my short commute of a few miles to weekend rides spanning several hours. The Small Topeak Aero Wedge fits snugly under the saddle and doesn't flop around, get in the way or have a large profile that would stand out as unusual on a road bike. The size small pack accommodates a single 700c tube, two Pedro's tire levers, a patch kit, a Topeak Mini 6-function Multi-tool, a spoke tool, an energy bar, my ID, credit card, cash and my small Android phone (LG Optimus). With all of those items, the fit is a bit tight, but that's exactly the compromise that I wanted for my storage requirements. The interior features a mesh pocket on the inside to store flat items about the size of typical credit cards, IDs, etc. It also has a bit of webbing on the side as the pocket opens that extends about halfway up the bag from the bottom to prevent items from spilling out. I can even unzip the bag while I am riding and feel confident things will not spill out to grab an energy bar though it does take some finagling due to the awkwardness of the action. The exterior material inspires confidence that it is well-constructed. The reflective strap and flexibility of the loop is appreciated though I have not used the loop as my rear light is mounted on my seat post. It will be interesting to see how the bag performs in wet weather. I do not suspect there will be any issue since it is well protected, fitting entirely under the saddle.

Small, Well-made and Looks Good
Pros: Well Made, fits well under my seat and is easy to install and remove and mounting straps keep it secure at all three attachment points. Good features like loop on back to attach rear light, and zipper that ends on lower end of bag so it will stay closed. It also looks good when mounted. Cons: could be a tad bigger sized, but Topeak does offer two larger sizes, so I can't complain about the size I purchased. This is a perfect sized under-seat pack for carrying the essentials on a day ride in the city. Given it's small size though, I might have bought the next size bigger, so that when I want to travel a bit farther out of town I could carry a couple more items. At the price I paid for this little beauty, I'll be buying a medium sized version, which is also expandable, in the not too distant future. What I was able to fit into this bag, cramming it completely full: one spare tube, one patch kit, set of three plastic tire tools, a Crank Brothers M17 multitool, one Zefal dial type pressure gauge, one 8"x8" cotton rag folded, one packet- anti-chafe towelette. If I go out on a long trek, say 30 miles plus I'll try to squeeze in a small adjustable wrench and some basic first aid- adhesive bandages, and a dose or two of Tylenol®. This will be extremely tight, so again, it won't be long before I order the medium size.

Perfect size for easentials
Goldilocks of the size choices for me.. The small is the perfect size for storing a tube, CO2 cartridge and inflator, bike tool, money and car key. My thights do not hit or rub up against the bag as was an issue with other bags i have tried. The bag also tightens nicely against the underside of the seat, with no sway when riding. The only problem with this is it makes unzipping the bag difficult when needed due to tight spacing between the seat and bag.Material feels very durable. While it may not be waterproof, I have been caught out in heavy rain and the bag performed well. Buy a medium or large if you want to carry food and/or jacket. The small works well for the essentials needed without being "too bulky" or having extra space where the contents jiggle around. Overall, very satisfied.

Best bike wedge Pack so far!
I have never writen a Product review on Amazon but this little Wedge bike pack deserves recognition. My background: Competitive MTB racer that thoroughly tests products before bringing them to a race.I bought a different Bike pack "Timbuk2" that had Velcro straps and the straps came undone multiple times on the trails I ride (About 25 miles avg) so I returned it. The Aero Wedge held up and continues to perform like a champ and I would recommend it to anyone. I give it 5 stars because it does exactly what I need it to do: Stay fastened, and hold my repair kit items.I ordered a small and this is what my Wedge pack holds(very tightly I might add):-29er spare tube-Chain tool-Multi Tool-Tire levers-25G C02 cartridge-Tire Patch kitPro's:- Holds everything I need- Will not shake loose, straps stay secured- Nice form factor and fit when attachedCons:-It won't fit more than what I listed above, maybe a GU or two but thats it-Not super easy to unzip if you have it snug under your seat, like I do, but I don't care as it doesn't come loose!
