Kiwi 830 6.5" Utility Chef's Knife Kitchen Cook Ware Sharp Blade Cut Stainless Steel.

I like this style of knife. I use it for most of my cutting needs. Very useful in an asian kitchen. It became blunt (of course ) after 1.5 months. However since the blade is thin it is easier to sharpen it.

Highly recommend these knives. They stay sharp and if they ever get to a point they are to far gone they are cheap enough to buy a new one

I had an issue with shipping damage, but this knife is still fantastic. I love that it's a smaller cleaver so it's not heavy to chop vegetables...and it's big enough to chop onions and pick it up from the cutting board into a bowl or pot/pan. It's fairly sharp.. but the issue I had is that it was shipped without a box and inside a bag... it's a bit crazy to think how it can be shipped this way and have the blade smack into contents of the delivery box. For the money and if it was my only knife...I'd still be happy with it.

These knives in general are awesome for any think that needs cutting. I've used it for breaking down meat, full wings, fruit, veggies, etc. Had it for a while still as sharp as when I got it.I've spent up to a little over 1-200 on knives or knife sets and none come close to this one or the other kiwi chef utility knives they sell

Using to do cleft graphs on larger branches. Sturdy and sharp and made a clean cut. Held up under mallet blows.

They are very sharp. I’ve been using them for a while and they’re still very sharp. I purchased this and a little tiny one. I think I use the little one more often than this one but it’s just as sharp as the day I got it. They are very good knives
