POSITIVE- Great design. compact and sturdy.- Easy to clean removable grills and coal tray.- Useful shelf underneath and handy side tables.- Good value for money.- Overall - brilliantNEGATIVE- It took a while to assemble (had to request instructions), but got there eventually!- A little smaller than it seems from the pictures, but the warming tray is a great help and can feed 10 without problem.- Could do with proper handles to manoeuvre when hot, but the side tables down can be used as handles.Overall - brilliant!

I was impressed by the clear instructions with all parts given a letter and then referenced back to the instructions. The BillyOh has been used two times and both times it has worked amazing, the temperature gauge is very useful. I will add some sort of heat resistant seal to close out the tiny gap between the lid and base of the barbeque. Note: this is not a defect or error just my personal preference to try and keep as much heat in the barbeque as possible.

Smaller than I expected, the dimensions don't show the actual cooking area. So we took a punt. We can get all the food on it and the little shelf works well.

It's what you get for this price, but the charcoal tray quality is very bad , it's get dirty all inside and not easy to clean , the body paint just removed easy, even the paint brake and drop from metal , holes in charcoal tray are big but with distance so it's not easy to remove ashes and dust from charcoals in tray because small ones fall from big holes and you need to spend a lot times to empty ashes from tray , when you clise vending to trun the oxygen off from charcoals to keep save your unburned charcoals for next BBQ still oxygen goes in and continue burning charcoals , if you are really in need to buy a BBQ and don't want to spend more this is a good choice but if you can wait couple months then pay a bit more to buy a better one then I don't suggest you to buy this one.

Instructions were easy to follow all the nuts and bolts were on a card and clearly marked, the other parts were also numbered for easy assembly , took about one and half hours to build just lay everything down on the floor and check them, came with a large cover which was a pleasant surprise, started cooking straight a away and would recommend this barbecue.

Good product and good quality

In general it is a good product, unfortunately, however, from the first time it was impossible to fix the second tray as seen in the attached photo.The bar falls every time the lid is closed, spilling all the contents.It is therefore completely unusable.How can the problem be fixed?Could it be my bar that has some problem?Would it be possible to replace it?thanks

It's easier to install furniture, trust me. again pictures of the assembly manual need to be bigger. it took me nearly two hours to put it together. have plenty of experience putting stuff together but when items are also not numbered or labelled then assembly becomes a hustle when there are so many different parts. It would have been nice if you could fold away the side table after use including some hooks or functionally for the BBQ tools. But, even so, this thing is very easy straight forward to use. Sturdier construction than you would expect at this price point but is still very lightweight.It came with a cover to my surprise which is highly appreciated. The entire thing is a bit smaller than one would expect so a small household would be best served. We used it the very next day and the homemade burgers of my neighbours we the best ever!! can't wait to use it again.
