RG Costumes Women's X-Large Plus-Size Fire Girl, Black/Yellow

I ordered this in a xx-large. It said that was size 16-18 and it didn't fit at all. My "dress" is a jacket that's no where close to zipping or even closing. The belt that came with it fits good its a little big which makes me question why my dress is made for someone who's 8 sizes smaller then me. I wear a 16 in dresses and this wont fit me at all. The hat is made for a child too. So I'm extremely disappointed and will be trying to return this.

Ordered an XL; zipped fit - looked great a little smaller in the chest area and a little showy so I had to wear something underneath. Belt was cheap (which i expected for a costume) and was a little on the big side - nothing a safety pin or paper clip didn't fix :) However my package was missing the hat which was a bummer so I had to go out and buy one last min but other then that great costume.
