Works great for weight lifting. Has reduced calluses.

Velco falls off easily
They do the job, but after only a week of using these for daily pull-up training, the seams came apart where the Velcro for the wrist strap is attached to the tough textile. When I take the grips off, I have to pull at the Velcro, not the strap, or else it will all come apart.

Good straps! The leather is comfortable
Good straps! The leather is comfortable. The wrist straps are a little uncomfortable. I started using them right before Murph so I have a lot of reps in and they are holding up well.

Very thin material
The gymnastic grips are very thin. Doesn't fully serve their purpose.

I have only had these for a short time but so far so good. I am a female and I lift heavy so it is important to me to prevent blisters on my hands.These have been working well. I really like the fact that they dont cover my hand completely, they are not slippery like some gloves I have tried and they fit great. The only thing that I would probably change is maybe having four finger holes but I'm not sure. They definitely protect the area of my hand that is most susceptible to blisters. These are great!!!

I've been using it for crossfit for the past month or so and it's protected my hands great! Get the size you use in gloves, like the disposable ones. I was in between small and medium, but got the medium since that's what I wear in gloves and it fits excellent.
