Comfortable inserts /insoles
These insoles make a massive difference - really comfortable. After a few days wearing them you ask yourself how you managed to buy in the past. I can now do longer walks which is excellent for my general fitness.

Comfy as slippers!
After a hardgoing week of increasing foot and shin pain in my new work boots, I decided to try these insoles - what an almost immediate difference! The arch support felt a little strange at first, but they are really supportive in the right places. I would definitely buy them again.

No more aching feet
I am waiting for a knee replacement and as I have to wear safety shoes to work and am on a concrete floor for 6 hours, this has taken a toll on my feet and legs. I've tried numerous insoles and some helped and others didn't. These popped up do decided to give them ago as they are specifically for work and on hard floors. Yes they are more expensive but they actually worked for meThe fitted directly in my work shoe after taking out the insole and didn't need trimming. Wire them around the home fir a few hours to adjust. Wore to work and after first day saw an improvement as the balls of my feet and calf muscle didn't ache as much. After a week they have been great and not had restlessness at night. Will continue to use until my operation as enabled me to carry on working with a lot less pain.

Takes a while to get used to....
I purchased these for pronation. They were recommended by my podiatrist. The first couple of days I only wore them for a couple of hours. They feel quite strange initially. For me personally, I am still not sure that the angle of my foot is quite right as my podiatrist did say that might need an additional wedge to tilt my foot a little more. I have another appointment booked to check on this.I am also doing foot exercises and general strength exercises to try and resolve the situation.I would suggest seeking professional help before purchasing as it could be an expensive mistake if they aren't suitable for your foot issues, and you could cause further issues down the line.

a GAMECHANGER for retail workers!
i work as an online picker so my feet were getting sore very quickly even though i had some high quality shoes. i bought these and they have helped so much.the first week or so they were a little odd, they felt uncomfortable for the first couple days and the first week just felt strange wearing them as i wasn’t used to them. i almost decided to take them out but thought id keep them in to see if time would change anything and im SO glad i did!i’ve been wearing these for almost two months now, and i don’t have any foot pain at all anymore at work. sometimes on 6hr shifts my feet get a little sore but before, i literally struggled to walk after a 4hr shift. so so happy i bought these

Knee pain
I work outside most of the day in wellingtons. I was developing a rather annoying niggle in my knee. I have flat feet basically and knew the two were connected. I bought a pair of these workboot insoles and now that they have corrected my posture my knee doesn't niggle anymore. Pleased.
