Cepa Vieja Sherry Vinegar From Spain, 16.94 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 2)

Wha?? I've no idea how other folks got bad bottles of this stuff! I've been buying this brand for over ten years; every few months. I just bought another bottle... Perfect. This simply IS the best sherry vinegar. I'm happy to see that Jose Andres agrees but I'd love it anyway even if he didn't. Store in a dark place, don't refrigerate... I have kept bottles of this for nearly a year but I imagine if you don't use this too often it possibly could go bad in a couple of years (?) but this is the perfect go-to vinegar... great with fruit, it loves poultry, pork, savory dishes or desserts. The best!

Great for making your own salad dressing. Not inexpensive but worth it.

We use with olive oil regularly. The vinegar is good quality. A smaller bottle opening would allow use of a stopped better than the cork plug.

Cepa Vieja is an outstanding sherry vinegar at a reasonable price. It's balanced and bright and makes a great all-purpose vinaigrette.

Great product. A soft taste, not biting, and mixes well with macadamia nut oil. It also has a high heat tolerance, so using it to flash sear ahi tuna or diver scallops complements these premium seafoods.

It is so hard to find Sherry Vinegar in my local grocer, let alone a delectable bottle such as Cepa Vieja. I never buy store bought salad dressing because 1. most a full of unhealthy oils and 2. I have never bought one that tastes as good as home made. I love great vinegars and this is a good one!Excellent!

my wife loves this. uses it on her salads and in mediterranean style dishes where vinegar is in recipes

I did not like it... too acidic.... nothing special
