Bought this to make a Serious Eats Squash and Kale salad that calls specifically for sherry vinegar, and it is absolutely delicious. I took this salad to both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and it was my most requested recipe in years. I completely attribute that to this vinegar.It is smooth and tangy without being too sharp. The fragrance is pleasant and enticing. I personally think it is on the mellow side for a vinegar, but delightfully so. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed and worth every cent. I am excited to see what else it transforms from good to wow.

Seems like the lid is not tight enough? I had it in the car parked outside in freezing weather, and in the morning my car smelled like pickled something. There was no discernable leak, but the smell of vinegar was all over the car. Fortunately it was in a plastic tub and nothing spilled on the car seats. Being Vinegar, I'm not too worried about a broken seal when the outer cellophane and other material are intact.Tastes pretty good and this is the second bottle I've purchased.

Impossible to find sherry vinegar in Vermont and this bottle arrived quickly and tastes fantastic.
