Did not know what to expect
Just received this and it has Zeny on the side. Oh well. I ran a 2-inch test bead on minimum power and 4 speed and it did well. You could visibly see that the weld was getting penetration as it was outlined on the back of 1/8th inch thick flat rod. I still have lots of practice but I believe it will do just fine for what I am looking for. Also, the wire that came with it was .35 inch. It blew through the piece of sheet metal I attempted to run a test bead on. I do not remember what gauge the sheet metal was but maybe if I were using .30 inch wire it would not have melted through.

Well the verdict is in and my hubby loves his new welder, it is small and perfect for little jobs around the house. We did research on other welders that are wire fed and not going to cost our savings this one seemed to be the one. Great little wire fed welder for the price!

Poor manual
I ordered this for a small job. The order came quicklyBut manual is poorly written, no picture or good diagram. No phone number to call.The roller to feeding wire is not function at all..( followed instruction, power on, lock the roller, straight out the feeding hose, pulled the handle trigger, but roller is not operate...)Manual does not have trouble shooting section. Must return..hic.Amazon customer service is very proactive, I would give them a 5 stars

Great machine if it would feed the welding wire properly.
I love this welder! However my auto feeder doesn't feed properly so I can't weld. It tries to feed, but it can't push the welding wire thru. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Would thicker wire work?
