The hot/cold valve is a bit cheaply made and it leaks but you can bypass and install without it.other than that it is a good product and I do recommend it.

Got two of these bathroom faucets for father with memory issues. His water bills had tripled due to leaving faucets on. He loves them and his water bill immediately went back to normal. Will pay for themselves in three months! Did have handyman install and he said were easy to install.

it took me 2 hours to install it after I completed installed add 4 AA battery turn on the waters. But the sensor is not working at all . Now I have to un installing the unit to return it and it took me another an hour it is not worth it to buy this brand .buyers beware

Works as described. All hardware included. So far running off batteries for over a month. Hardest part was removing the old faucet.

The problem is that it turns on when no one is in the bathroom. My bathroom has no windows, or reflective surfaces to cause the sensor to trigger. Randomly in the middle of the night it has turned itself on. Absolutely no movement or light could have trigger it.Also, when actually washing your hands it turns off (in 2 to 3 seconds) and back on again even though your hands are in the same position. It does this 2 or 3 times while you wash your hands, every time.Motion sensor is no good.The issues continue to exist. Turns on randomly when no one or any light is on in the bathroom. Even when the door is closed in the middle of the night and runs for a few seconds. Still only runs for a few seconds even though your hands are in the same position under the running water then shuts off and then turns back on again causing a thumping sound in the pipes.Has not gotten any better. No contact from the manufacture to attempt to resolve the issue.

Decided to get one of these motion type faucets to see how well it did work to save water and help with not having to turn handles. The parts I like about it are that once installed I did realize that yes it does save lots of water! Amazing the amount that gets wasted for a 20 second hand wash with the water continuing to run all that time! Also once I have the temp set so it does not get too hot I no longer have to readjust the handles (but you will still have a short bit of time waiting for the hot water to get there) part way through the wash. and the price was very good!The negatives that take away from the 5 star are having to do with the item not being sensitive enough to pick up my hands until they are too close to the sensor. This causes me to hold my hands higher than the sink rim (so a bit more splashing than I like) which may be adjustable but the instructions are not too good on showing where to adjust. Also they talk about a special tool to use to adjust but one did not come with it.All in all I would recommend this item as a very low prices to help save water and get used to these type of faucets.

Easy install and can control flow of water

The product worked great for a few months and now goes off on its own. Even when sensor is clear and clean with no one in the room. Could just be a faulty unit. Would return for a replacement to verify but “window” closed
