Helps regulate menses
I only take 3 a day because it can give me extreme gas if I take any more and I take it at night before bed. When I stop taking them my menstrual cycle drags out a long time with heavy cramping 😩 When I do take them, my cycle comes without me noticing and is gone in four days. Great value for the volume of pills as well.

It's like I am 18 again!
Okay - I am a 52 year old man, in very good health. However, I noticed that in the last year or so... certain things (related to testosterone I suppose) weren't quite what they used to be, in terms of firmness during and intensity at the end. I did some research on what natural things out there could help with that... and I heard about this stuff. Well, I am here to tell you, for me at least, IT WORKS GREAT! After a few days of using this... I wake up like an 18 year old, if you know what I mean! And everything is back to normal. Wow. I am surprised it actually worked for me.. but it does.Also, I know it says "for women's health" but do a search on "Fenugreek for men's health" and you will see plenty of reliable sources touting what this stuff does for men.

Great for increasing breastmilk supply
I take this to increase my breastmilk production and it took my production from 5 ounces to almost 10 ounces per pump. I will say my breasts are now very full frequently and it’s almost painful but I’m able to feed baby which right now is my priority. To stop the pain I only take two pills twice a day instead of three times (which was recommended to me)

Trying an herb new to me.
I have only been taking it for a few days so the verdict is still out. Delivery was prompt and the price was right. No problem swallowing them.
