This is a must, if you’re growing in soil and are using salt based nutrients, this is a great product to clean away excess salt and nutrients. Great for flushing in between veg and flower. The product came sealed with a factory spill wrap. Delivery was one day earlier than first stated. Very Happy

I grow most of our veggies indoors and some of my plants are 2-4 years old. Since I use plant food for every feeding and we have well water, over time, there is a buildup of salts and nutrients in the soil. Although I do periodically flush the soil in the potted plants, this task becomes more difficult in plants that are are 10-15 gallon pots.I started using FloraKleen a couple of months ago in my potted plants, and it seems to be helping a lot. I am not seeing the mineral buildup on pots when I pot up plants, and my plants seem much happier - especially the older ones. I water the plants using 5 cc's of the FloraKleen per gallon of water, and water until water drains into the trays. Then I syphon off the drainage water.I am using this FloraKleen once a month, and my plants seem much happier and are flourishing. This really does seem to help remove the salts from softened water and the excess minerals created by plant foods.So far, I would recommend this product for periodic use on potted plants, especially older ones. If my opinion changes, I will update this review.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Absolutely LOVE anything from general hydroponics!!! I have yet to try one of their products n either be disappointed or it only worked soso...that being said this stuff will drop your ppm/ec to whatever your waters' baseline ppm/ec is with only 10ml per gallon...this is a must have for ALL growers that use a soil based medium n even coco or rockwool...buy it...u won't be disappointed n it's the cheapest outta all the reputable brands!

Great for hydro systems.....coco coir. It's a must to flush your system or grow. I also use to wash and reuse grow bags

All in all I'm glad I bought it. sometimes people say just a flush it with water cleaned out really good but I think this stuff works better than just water by Self

I experienced two crop failures after employing the cleaning procedure recommended by Aerogarden. I used this cleaning agent full strength on the tub and cover of my 9 place Aerogarden and replanted with Aerogarden seed pods. Currently, all seed pods have sprouted and the plants look healthy.

Good way to decrease salt build up in a pinch.Almost as good as a flush

I have a hydroponics system with a 55 gallon reservoir, and salt buildup becomes a problem with the amount of nutes I need to use. I noticed my pipes filling with the salt, I decided to try this and what do you know, after letting it run overnight I noticed my pipes starting to clear. I decided it was clean enough and emptied out the water, then added fresh with my nutes.A few days went by and the FloraKleen was still working it's magic. My pipes eventually got "brand new" clean. No buildup since the last time I've used it. Great, powerful stuff! Make sure you follow what it says, and within about 8 hours you can change to your nutes and within a few days time your pipes will looks great!
