Foam roller has been a great purchase. It is sturdy, yet it gives when using, making it easy on your body. Using the foam roller has been a game changer for me. It has allowed me to address tension, stress and pain in a healthy way. It really addresses the deep tissue in your body (legs, calves, and back). I would recommend this product.

My physical therapist recommended a foam roller for my at-home exercises. The ones she suggested were 2 different brands and far more expensive. They pretty much all do the same thing. I liked Yes4All as they had a good color selection and the prices were all the same and significantly lower than some brands. Other brands with a similar price point just had black or grey foam rollers and although I prefer wearing those colors, I like my exercise routine to have some color and cheerfulness. Went with Turquoise.

This product was exactly what I needed for my physical therapy. I had a smaller foam roller but beeded the long one. This one is a little squishy but not a lot. The color is pretty too.

i tried this at a friend's house and literally felt like a whole new woman after one use so i couldnt wait to purchase my own! i love this thing!

Would not travel with it as it's bulky. But at home it works great. Does what I had hoped for.

Very hard to lay on

Exactly as described & great for when you have to roll out muscles. Perfect size if you have to roll out your quads & also able to do core exercises.

What an amazing product, it works amazingly if you have the kind of pain that I have....it works like a charm, I would absolutely recommend it and yet at the same time ask the seller to please REDUCE the PRICE.

As advertised, full sized foam roller. High density, doesn't look like its gonna change shape anytime soon.Been using it for a few weeks now.

Its OK but the product had couple of small holes when it came. Not sure if it is used one or new one.
