This is the best thing that's happened in a while...
I had a Ryobi blower and the battery seriously lasted 5 minutes. It was a nightmare. I received this yesterday and I can't even discharge the battery if I try. I went all over my property and did a year's worth of blowing, and I was so pleased with this blower. The power is amazing, the size is perfect, the weight is not light but it's all in the battery and even for me, a 5'3" petite woman, it was manageable. Hands-down, it's worth the extra weight to have a better battery and more power. WOW. I can't even explain how great this blower is, you would have to try it for yourself but I am confident that if people saw me with it, they would likely feel quite inadequate with just about any other blower. It's really THAT powerful. After my struggles with the cheap Ryobi blower, I was very apprehensive about getting another cordless blower - but then I realized, previously, I had bought the cheapest, worst blower available without doing any research. Now, I have probably overcompensated and got a super-powered blower that may not be necessary but I sure enjoy using it - it makes the job easy.AN UPDATEIt's been a few months since I got this and I am still impressed with the power and battery efficiency. I do not at all regret going on the over-powered side for this item. I use it at least twice a week and I am able to quickly clear areas of leaves and debris. It's so powerful I can blow gravel back into plant beds. The design is great. I don't really use the variable power knob, I just squeeze the trigger, but I love how you can get a little or a lot of power with the trigger. I also like the power boost, it's easy to access during use, and it gives you a nice boost when needed. The battery charges quickly considering how much time you get out of a full charge. I am very pleased.

Great Product...Top Quality
For keeping gutters clear of debris, this EGO Blower attachment is a must. Sure, we all plan to keep our gutters clean, but digging out the ladders etc. is just such a hassle. If you have an EGO Blower, this tool means you'll atually perform periodic clearings. Quick and easy, if a bit messy. I've had several brands of blowers with gutter tube kits over the years; the EGO is the most well engineered I've come accross: Strong tubes with sections which screw together instead of just being press-fit. The end result is a reasonably light weight, strong unit. End result, a set of gutters which is actually being well maintained.

Great idea.
Great idea and an almost great product. It’s a little expensive, considering what it is; but very worthwhile.Makes cleaning gutters, much safer and easier than climbing up a ladder.Works exactly like it shouldOne minor issue (in addition to price). - Because it is shipped in pieces and screws together with course, plastic, threads - the parts get loose and spin apart fairly often. It’s possible this could be fixed by assembling it with a pipe wrench…. And just cranking everything down super tight. Or, putting a material like calk in the threads before assembly. So, this is a minor, correctable, defect.

Don't use when gutter has water laying in it
This works great, should have got one years ago. No more ladders with my bad knee. Just do it when gutter is dry or you might get wet .

Requires a little trial & error but once you've got it down, this works.
Works as described.

It Works.
Why a 5* review? Because, EGO products themselves deserve 15*, minus 10* for their factual non existent customer service, which brings it to a 5.So, when I managed to bring all these extension pieces together including the last part which is the exhaust, I gave it a try and after a couple of serious attempts, and failures, I finally succeeded. Preparations are key: one needs a head protection, an eye protection and a good portion of muscles to hold and balance out this thing. Ah, I forgot to mention the ear protection because once connected to my 530 CFM blower head, my blower transformed into an aircraft just before taking off the strip. To my guess in the range of 100 decibel +. Finally, if you suffer from lumbago or arthritis, you need to recover first, or get a good massage after the job is done. Other than that: when you hold the blower, the position of the hole of the exhaust should face down to you, so these two pieces, the small extension and the exhaust connected together then look like a reversed “U”. Got it? You need to hold the blower itself in one hand and with the other hand you need to hold tight the first extension piece, the one which is connected to the blower itself. If you have abilities kind of like a circus artist, the ones who can balance out and spin plates on an extension pole, you are definitely a winner. I pointed the hole of the exhaust piece approximately 2-4 inches away from the micro mesh of our gutters and then gave it a full blast. Man, even the tiniest pieces like shingles debris were blown away, amazing! Actually, my first attempts to work with this tool were not really successful, because the exhaust piece started to spin off the small extension piece and it fell off to the ground (lucky me that I did’n’t need to climb on the roof). It all depends on the angle direction on how you point the exhaust piece to the gutter itself and on the distance from the gutter. For me it worked out having the hole of the exhaust piece pointed almost directly on the surface of the micro mesh in a distance of approximately 2-4 inches from the micro mesh itself. The force of the air blown out of the hole is immense. Trust me, it is. It makes the entire construction shake and tremble.A humorous final note: When I started to start the cleaning process of the micro mesh on the front gutters, within minutes an audience of neighbors gathered in a safe distance from our property, looking in pure astonishment at me and asking themselves: what the hack is this guy doing there? Well, you need to know that in our Panhandle neighborhood there are people living who still think that the Firebird is the latest invention in the world of US cars and if you tell them about “EV”, they understand “ET”. Never mind.My final verdict on this gutter cleaning tool is absolutely positive. It works better than any of these gutter cleaning brushes I used before.
