Wonderful for new tattoos
I got these for my daughter after her tattoo. They worked great, held in place like it was supposed to. The price is good for the amount you get as well.

Second skin
I’ve bought this product a couple of times and it’s amazing. Not every tattoo parlor uses 2nd skin and this always comes in handy. Plus I work a lot and depending on where my tattoo is, I need to make sure it’s covered up almost until it fully heals.

Worked well!
This product was applied directly after my tattoo and it kept things clean and dry. This meant no 3xday washing or special care. My tattoo did not scab at all and the product was easy to remove 4 days after application. Great product!!

Good product bad instructions
This worked great. Practically no aftercare pain, I'm definitely using this from now on. The only reason this wasn't a 5* is the instructions were awful. So here's what I did to get the picture results:1. Apply first bandage to clean dry skin after session. Try to cover the edges of the tattoo by an inch and if you need more than one section make sure they overlap as well. (Picture one)2. Leave first bandage on for 24 hours. (picture 2 is at 5 hours when I'd usually be taking off saran wrap, picture 3 is before removal at 24 hours)3. Wash skin with cold water, no soap only using your hand to gently scrub it.4. Dab dry and apply another bandage.5. I waited about 4 days before carefully peeling it off, 3-6 it's probably the sweet spot, but it was starting to get annoying. Peel it back as parallel to the skin as you can manage. Some of the ink will come off, but it doesn't seem any worse than when your skin peels off like it normally would.6. Put a ton of aquaphor on your tattoo like you normally would.I hope this helps someone else.

Game changer
When I bought this I wasn't aware of how good it is! It has solved many issues of healing fresh tattoos such as exposing them to germs and bacteria, it has eliminated the discomfort and itchiness of fresh tattoos. It is preventing the tattoo from drying out and scabbing. I don't have to worry about my fresh tattoos touching the bedsheets at night or my clothes. I have been wearing my patch as the instructions say, keep it on for a minimum of 3 days, but you can help it on for as long as a week. My tattoo looks crisp and dark two days later. This second skin tattoo bandage is the only kind I will use from now on.

beware of allergies...
i got a tattoo and left my wrap on for about 24 hours. i noticed it was a little red but didn't pay much mind at first. upon removing the wrap i found that i had a rash around my tattoo. not the seller's fault but wanted to make people aware. it is also a little bit hard to work with in terms of getting it to lay flat on the skin while applying it as it comes in all rolled up.

This stuff is great!
I wasn’t thinking and got a tattoo not long before going on vacationing on a lake. Decided to grab some of this stuff to help keep any bacteria out of the area and it worked great. It’s just like what they put on after you get a tattoo! I know that it will be useful for other wounds as well! Good to have in the medicine cabinet!

Potentially Great Product Ruined
I bought this product earlier this year in anticipation of an upcoming tattoo. Upon receiving the product and seeing it was tightly rolled up in the package (which was cheap and covered in text riddled with spelling and grammatical errors), I was leery of if it would curl too much. I bought a 3M tegaderm patch instead which worked great.Today, after another new tattoo, I decided to give this product a try. I wasted the entire sheet, as each piece I would cut would immediately curl up once the first layer/backing was removed, rendering it useless (picture a piece of tape you tear rolling on itself). To even attempt to unroll the stuck piece requires exposing the piece that will be on your skin to bacteria. A small test square I tried on my arm (too small to roll on itself) seemed to adhere well, which is a shame that this could potentially be a great product. It’s a disappointment that the seller/method of shipping leaves this product frustrating and useless. I would recommend 3M Tegaderm patches or Recovery derm (my artist uses recovery after the initial tattoo and I love it) as better alternatives.
