Quality is great and they work as advertised. They come with a really good guide book on how to use them and where. They also have a little draw string pouch that hold them all. Use some oil to help get them in the right position and do not use them on your face if you're all all nervous about turning colors. I used one on the middle of my forehead for a migraine and it helped so much, and no color change. My husband then decided to try the same and that was bad, he ended up with a black / blue mark in the center of his forehead as well as some purplish colors from where he'd moved it around on his face finding the right position. He had to go to work that way (trying not to laugh which is so mean haha) but no one said anything thankfully and after sleeping it had gotten quite a bit less purple so it wasn't as noticeable. I have a very bad back, surgeries etc, and when used on my back by my doctor it created a large very dark (almost black) bruise. It didn't hurt at all and the doctor said that was good as it was definitely the right spot and would get the blood flowing. If you've had trigger point injections and don't like them or can't afford them, these are a great alternative too.

I am a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist and I am all about eastern healing and medicine done on a therapeutic level. These cups are it. They can be mixed into whatever style you have. Sport, lymph, maternity, infant, deep tissue, can be used many diff ways.BEST PART NO ALCOHAL and NO FIRE..the whole fire part usually put a little red flag up with clients- even with explanations. This product doesn't leave the 3 week bruise like the glass cups do. This style maybe does 2-3 days (the longer its help on) but if you do short amount of time the flushing happens and will go away with in an hour or sooner.I don't care the box it came in was squished, the cups and manual were in tacked..so I was THRILLEDthese cups are a solid materialeasy to fallow directions (general releases/ points)easy to cleanthe velvet carry case is a great size for all of the cupsthey glide easily with oil or creams (oils are better to move with)the sizing are appropriate for trigger point areas, and can be used on kids and adults easily

I've used this set from Mickies Goods with oil for massage of calves, thighs, buttocks, outer upper arms as a detox procedure. Easy to use, washes well, nice "nesting" design and carry bag pouch. Wish the price was a bit lower but it is a good product. Thank you.PS I just received another 2 sets sold by Gerl shop and am very disappointed. They are the same shape but without carry bag and more cloudy looking. More importantly, they have a STRANGE AND STRONG TOXIC ODOR unlike any silicone products I have purchased. I plan to return them.

Great cupping set! I have used the hard plastic ones with the vacuum guns, and I really prefer using these! Their flexible material makes it very comfortable on the skin and able to suction on contoured areas of the body. Plus they are a breeze to clean and easy to take on the go!! They can be used without oil (when used in stationary or parked technique), which makes them easy to use anywhere. The range of sizes is also a huge benefit!! Definitely a great investment and great price.

I would like to start by saying I am not a professional. I was receiving massage therapy one day and the therapist asked if I had ever tried cupping and when I said no she said would you like to? It changed the way I received massage therapy so I had to buy a set of my own. I love the fact that this set can be put on most problem spots with no help from anyone else. For example when I need it on my shoulder I just get it in the right spot and push it on with a wall. This set also includes a bunch of different sizes, the smallest is my favorite, because it can be placed in the center of the forehead with minimal pressure and relieve a headache. (disclaimer- don't leave it for to long or you will have the red circle on your forehead). I would recommend this product.

I use these quite often and see a masseuse weekly. She has used rubber type cups on my back and hers are so much more strong than these that I bought here. They definitely work and do a good job but I do tend to have a hard time getting them to stay stuck sometimes and even harder time getting the right amount suction.
