Bait Buster Minnow Cast Nets 1/4" Sq. Mesh (7')

Very good net for ghosts minnows and shad, but listen I can only throw this thing a few times it is heavy! I’m 6’4” 245lbs and I have trouble.

Net itself is awesome. I would have given it 5 stars but I bought this as a gift and the bucket arrived inside an ill fitting box, the bucket itself was completely filthy. I spent a good deal of time cleaning the bucket. I don't know where these are stored before shipping, but wherever it is, it's clearly a mud pit.

I fish and use a castanet at least once a week.For as long as I can remember I’ve always used the “cheap” cast nets from Walmart or the H20s from academy and such. I would say I am pretty qualified to judge castnets as I have owned dozens of them (no joke) from 3 ft to very nice 20 ft Spanish cast nets That aren’t even available in this market.I purchased the 7 ft and when I received it I was amazed by it. The mesh is obviously very high quality. Felt good in your hand and the weight was amazing. It actually took some time getting used to the heavy leads.Nonetheless I was disappointed after the first day of using it.As cast net users im sure we have all gotten caught up or stuck with out nets! It’s happened to me so many times and I’ve ripped countless cast nets. However none of my cast nets have ever ripped as fast as this one did.There has been many instances when I get stuck and pulling it out almost seems impossible because the cheap nets won’t budge or rip like I have seriously pulled so hard that the mesh starts ripping on these other cheap nets before any other part of them does. . However when this one got stuck with ONE little branch underwater and I started pulling very lightly, the brail lines snapped from the lead line almost IMMEDIATELY! I thought maybe it was stuck in something huge or something and since I had just bought it I wasn’t año it to rip it more so I went into the lake and got it out. I was shocked when I realized the net had only been stuck by a small branch and wasn’t strong enough to just be pulled out. Instead I realized that the way the nail lines are attached to the lead line is very low quality. I mean serisouly it snapped so quickly!Usually the the nail lines is what’s supposed to hold on the best and the net is squally what’s supposed to rip.If the nail lines fail the whole cast net fails and that has never happened to me with even the cheap ones!I loved it at first but returned it immediately after getting home soaking wet

I love this Products the netcast very strong and The weight is so good.

It is the best net I have every put in my hand the 7ft. Net was. The 6ft. Came with different weights and nothing like the 7ft. Big long weights on the net that tangle up when you try to throw it. I returned it charged me 15.00 restocking fee and didn't pay shipping cost.
