Best Cold Brew!
While I enjoy this coffee brewed in a pot on the stove (I use the Bialetti stainless steel espresso maker.), I think it’s best as a cold brew.I’ve gifted some batches to a few neighbors after they endured some of my home improvement projects and they had to know how I made it. It’s that good.I’ve tried many coffees and this is my go to for cold brew.I use a mason jar with a metal filter, filtered water, and 24 hours of brew time. I do like strong coffee but the cool thing about cold brew is it’s sort of like coffee concentrate so you can add water or ice or cream or whatever to dilute it if you prefer.I enjoy mine black. And when my mom visits she only fills a fifth of the mug with this and then adds hot water to make hers the right strength for her. She does not like cold coffee. So it’s easy to adjust for different palates. However you prefer your coffee or whatever method you use this coffee is so unique and tastes great. There’s a little hint of chocolate. It’s smooth and bitter but doesn’t feel acidic. The perfect combo!

My favorite coffee for an affordable price!
Pros:- Excellent sweet taste- Medium Strength- Least acidic coffee i've ever tastedCon:- Might be not be strong enough for some. (i usually just put more and brew a smaller cup to balance that)- I also have noticed that the bags that i bring back from the Dominican Republic do taste a bit better. I don't know if its in my mind, but perhaps there's some logic to this since they have to ship the bags for amazon and they are stored for awhile until someone buys them.

This coffee is amazing!
I have been drinking this coffee since I left Punta Cana in 2015! I love it! I brew it at home on the days I do not go to work. I recently returned from another trip to Punta Cana two weeks ago. I stocked up while I was down there. It has such a rich full flavor. I drink Starbucks during the week because I do not have time to brew mine in the mornings. But this coffee is just as good don't need much creamer and I have been adding a cocoa liqueur that I purchased recently and it is awesome!

And suddenly I'm 21 again
Once upon a time, a long long time ago, I spent a year, straight out of college, living in the Dominican Republic. It was a difficult year for me. I was 21 years old and very naive. I was going straight from my middle class, white, privileged college experience to a 3rd world country with no electricity, no running water, no potable water. The country is quite poor; we were quite poor. I was hungry a lot. I was hot and dirty a lot. The mosquitoes ate me alive. I had Dysentery (I don't recommend it). I had Giardia (I REALLY don't recommend it!). I was sick longer than I was well.Oh but the coffee. You guys, the coffee. It was smooth and bold and mellow and strong all at the same time. There wasn't even the tiniest hint of bitterness. We very rarely had enough food to go around. We had to bleach and boil every drop of water we drank, but there was always coffee. The best coffee I have ever had. It's been 25 years since I've had a cup of Dominican coffee. It never even occurred to me to look on Amazon. I found it completely by accident, and when I did, I ordered it right away. The shipment arrived later in the afternoon, and I still couldn't wait until morning to try it. I brewed just one cup. The best cup of coffee I'd had in 25 years. One sip, and I was 21 years old again.

Delicious
This is a great coffee that I first had when visiting St. Martin in the Caribbean. Rich, full bodied, with a great coffee flavor. Smooth, too. Will say that the coffee was cheaper than the shipping and handling fees from the third party vendor that supplies it to Amazon. 2 lbs for $24 and S/H of $29. I won't order again, not because the product was bad, but it was as delicious as what I can get in the islands, but I won't ever pay that outrageous S/H fee again.

I love trying new coffee!
I bought this for my YouTube channel called the Nash Potatoes Coffee Show. They were one of eight coffees entered into Season 1 of The Bracketology of Coffee. The goal of the show is to help you discover new coffee...1. That tastes great, is delicious, and drinkable.2. Is reasonably priced.3. Is readily available. This coffee was fresh, delicious, and very fairly priced!

This is the best coffee!!
I tried this coffee at a resort in the Dominican Republic and fell in love with it! I was so happy to find that once I returned home I could order it online. It is just as good as I remember from my vacation. It will be my only coffee from now on!
