Excellent product but assembly instructions not very clear.

It is not a heavy duty appliance but is easy to set up and ample and good value for our garden use. The leafs are mulched finely and are great for the compost bin!

Bought this to replace my old Flymo vac. Arrived very quickly. Picture assembly instructions not very helpful so used common sense! Took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. Haven't attached the wheels, not necessary and prefer to use without. Good suction and blow and very simple to change between the two functions, although I would have liked a slightly larger intake area (like the old flymo) as I found large leaves can get stuck across the intake. Not too heavy and the internal shredder is very effective. All in all I'm very pleased with this and it was a good price. Does the job I want it to do, clear the leaves.

Product was bought to help clear up the garden with ease. It is very powerful and picks everything up with ease. Also a leaf blower and great for that job as well. Highly recommend this product but wouldn’t use if garden was wet.

I purchased a Downton DT100141 Leaf Blower in September.I have used it six times and the collection bag is disintegrating.The machine itself is very good but I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bag.DO YOU SUPPLY REPLACEMENT BAGS?

I bought this product and when the warranty ran out the attached bag for leaves started to tear so it became useless got in touch with the company through amazon and asked for a new bag willing to pay for one the company relied we don't send out spare parts which is ridiculous because if you are sending out new orders they have bags attached so they must have spares so if the bag goes wrong you have to pay another £40 for the whole thing again very disappointed with the company stand on this so my message don't buy this product from these people go to another company

Although the assembly instructions leave a bit to be desired, a quick look at the unit, and what fits where soon falls into place. For that reason along with price and product quality I’m giving this garden vac/ blower full marks. As it only arrived a couple of days ago I haven’t had much of a chance to use it but I have tried it and it works well in both suck and blow modes. It’s also very well balanced which makes it extremely comfortable when on the shoulder using the shoulder strap. For all the hours this gadget will save both raking and collecting autumn leaves purchasing it for under £40 was a no brainer.

This is a good product. I have some joint issues and I don’t find it too heavy to hold. Good amount of suction power, not tried it on the leaf blower mode yet. I get a lot of leaves coming from a neighbours garden and made quick work of clearing them away. Only reason I have given four stars is the plug from the unit to the plug for the power cable falls apart easily. So if pull the cable to move it will come apart very easily, annoying keep stopping and starting. Overall though good value for money.
