These definitely are bigger and thicker on the tips. The cotton also seems more tightly wound together than other brands. Not only that but a lot of other cotton swabs, especially the plastic stick ones, are very weak and seem to break in half from very little force. Not these ones. They are very strong and don’t break or snap when using them in ears or other places like other cheap ones sometimes do. They stay relatively solid and sturdy. Great Cotton swabs, and love the fact the cotton tips are a lot thicker than normal! Buy them! I will be buying them again!

In the picture on the left is a normal Q-tip. These cotton swabs are on the right. I have a 25mm enail which is a little bigger than normal nails. These work perfectly compared to normal Q-tips. They’re nice and fat and clean quickly. The cotton is tightly woven so it doesn’t leave strings of cotton. I’ve bought these four times now and I don’t want to use any other cotton swabs.
