I've used different brands of beta alanine but these tablets are really good, I use them for triathlon and the lactate buffering from these seems to outperform the other brands I've used, great price too!

This product contains a cheap filler called "maltodextrin" which is worse than sugar on the "glycemic index". On the product page in the ingredients area they sneakily left out that detail but it says it on the bottle.
