Great earplugs, I work night shift and was struggling to sleep during the day so thought I would give these a try. What a treat slept like a log, trick is to roll into a ball with fingers for roughly minute to soften and then put into ear, do not push right into canal. They are quite sticky so don't fall out. I change every few weeks to avoid any ear infections. Wouldn't use another ear plug now even take on holiday with me.

Got this for the better half because I felt guilty dragging her to the cinema to watch latest Led Zeppelin film.She would of found it too loud so I got these to drop the decibels for her, she could tear one in half to fit her small ears, worked really well. Being half deaf myself, through a miss spent youth going to rock concerts didn't need them but can recommend them through good experience from someone I trust.
