Good value bottle

For thousands of years grape seed powder has been used in medical applications by ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Chinese. Given that it's difficult to patent nature, there is unfortunately limited "for-profit" pharmaceutical research as the cost can not easily be recuperated and findings can be used by anyone without paying for its high costs.The available research is nevertheless compelling enough for me that I wanted to add this product to my daily vitamin regimen. As with most dietary supplements, it's not easy to "prove" their effectiveness. Hence I limited my rating to 4, even though I can't say anything negative about the product.The capsules are compact and easy to swallow. I like it that they are a bit "dusty" on the outside, in testament on what is contained in the capsules. Absolutely no noticeable side effects. I recommend it to all who share my conviction in the positive health effects of vitis vinifera!

I have suffered from cold feet and have been prone to cold hands, since childhood. My husband constantly complained that my feet are abnormally cold (we have been married 9 years, so 9 yrs. of complaining). I took one of these pills and my cold feet were warm within hours. I have not had cold feet since taking this supplement. I take one pill per day. My skin looks very different. Aside from looking and feeling softer/smoother, something else is different. I cannot pinpoint it exactly, but I think my flesh seems more plump. My hair is more similar to how it was when I was younger. The hair change is also hard to describe. I think it seems less dry and more lustrous. I did not expect a reduction in body pain, but the improvement is remarkable. Sometimes, I feel no pain whatsoever in my body when I take this supplement, other times I feel mild pain. Of course, I'm not sure how to rank the pain I felt prior to this supplement. I guess it was mild-moderate muscle pain. I think this supplement might be reducing my appetite a bit. I have been sleeping better. Amazing Nutrition Grapeseed Extract is WONDERFUL.

I take this for my cholesterol. Very convenient ordering through Amazon.

I have been using this product for numerous years and will continue to do so for as long as it is being made.

These capsules are pretty low doses of resveratrol compared to some other brands. They're fine otherwise
