It was very easy to put together. It's also lightweight and very easy to move around. The seat is soft. The base is more on the narrow side so it doesn't get in the way and make it a tripping hazard like when the legs stick out too far.

Man I loved this stool. Well made, easy to assemble but I didn’t meSure correctly and it was just about an inch too tall for my vanity. I highly recommend.

They can sometimes get caught in the up position only allowing it to stay all the way up.Also— One handle broke off.

This thing looks simple but was a total pain to assemble. I had to seek the assistance of a big burly professional assembler to pull the protective plastic cap off the stool mount pole. And he struggled with it and needed a plumbers wrench to get it off. After that it works fine and is comfortably padded for a stool. I liked it's steampunkish looks and it fits in a small bedroom under a worktable for out of the way storage.

Love these stools. They are comfortable, we’re easy to assemble and fit perfectly for smaller spaces. The adjustable height and swivel make them easy to use for other purposes when entertaining. I bought 4 and came back to buy 2 more!

I purchased this to use with a video pinball machine. Adjustable height allows it to be stored under the game when not playing. Seat is comfortable and sturdy… no complaints!
