Happy with Price and Product
They say its not great for flashing but I used it flash my garden room EPDM flat roof to garage wall ,the space available above was compromised needing a low upstand and a challenging profile . The roof is shielded from the mainly westerly weather down here so all in all an acceptable compromise.Built an accurate former out of wood and pre shaped the Leadex in 2m lengths on the ground,- wife was good at this - and was amazed that it actually fitted like a glove up there and overlaped nicely into the slot with little or no on roof dressing needed .Weather has been warmish it would be a bit harder to do in mid winter no doubt.All in all happy with price and product.

Does the job used additional adhesive just to make sure and so far so good. No more leaks on felt roof, easy to cut, safe for the environment and me. So I would use it again and recommend.

Easy to work with
Used this to waterproof a porch roof. It was relatively easy to cut to size and easy to shape as I needed.

Brilliant product, very light to use, doesn’t leave residue on your hands like real lead does. Blends in well and comes in various sizes.. win win for me
