This works well for me.
I bought this because I found an old Spidertech packaged with a couple of pre-cut strips that I decided to try on each side of my knee. It really helped diminish my pain, gave good support and didn't irritate my skin or leave residue when I took it off.If you try and reposition the tape once it's on, it will become loose and not stay on as long.I'm very happy with this purchase.

it does feel like it gives support but the ends peel up really ...
