I bought this specially for my mother. It's extremely useful for senior citizens. Take care to use a cloth to hold it once the steam starts coming out as it gets hot due to the plastic.Good product.

AFTER DELIVERY 1st USE: Product is good and good value at this price. But it produces too much steam which is irritating when using mouth piece or of facial tub too. It should be slow steaming. The product is not bad at all but the basic problem is the material is plastic. So in few minutes it is getting too hot .But you can use it. As I say it's not bad nor the best thing though in the budget it's good

I have revised my previous rating from 3 to 4 because after using it almost 15 days or more I found that the product is very good actually, earlier I said that it has no regulator to control the intensity of vapour but thats not true actually. You have to blend the two different quality of water into the mug. If your tds level is low then you will get lower vapour and if tds higher vapour also higher and if you not get enough vapour you should add some salt to the water this is the only way to regulate the intensity of the vapour. There has three types of mask along with the product and you can use all of them but you have to keep some distance from the outlets to take the vapour continueously. If you want to use the kid mask for your kid becareful and keep the safe distance from your kid's face. Its after service is quiet impressive.
