Boosted milk supply
I started taking this supplement around 3 months postpartum, when I was starting to go back to work from my maternity leave. To be 100% transparent, I am also taking a few Legendairy Milk supplements along with this one (Pump Princess & Liquid Gold) so I'm not sure how helpful this review is. I normally pump between 3.5-5 oz per pump session. I do have to say that when I've run out of this supplement for a few days, I do notice a slight decrease in my supply. It's pricey but it's worth it to me!

Really works to increase breast milk supply!
I can tell the difference when I don’t take it vs when I do. I take up to 6 a day when my supply starts to drop a few days before I start my period and go back to 1-2 capsules a day normally.

Great for hot flashes and night sweats
I am in love with this product. I would like to mention that I am NOT using this to try to increase my milk supply, but it certainly helps. I am taking this to balance my crazy postpartum hormones. When recent blood work showed I was "menopausal" at age 26, I started looking into something that would help with my hellacious hot flashes and drenching night sweats. After 2 months of taking this product I have noticed a significant decrease in both hot flashes and night sweats. I go back for follow up blood work in a couple of weeks and I will update this review after I get those results. I've also noticed a pretty good increase in my milk supply as well, even though I already had enough milk to feed multiples.

I felt like I was failing as a mom who had always ...
I had major supply issues for the first few months. I was supplementing with formula, I felt like I was failing as a mom who had always wanted to breastfeed ... well after about a month and a half of trying what felt like everything my laction consultant suggested I try shatavari or reglen (which can have nasty side effects) so I gave these supplements a shot before giving up ... at the two week mark my supply suddenly doubled, after a month on them I was able to feed him with no supplementing and had some to store for when I went back to work. I credit all my breastfeeding success to this brand and supplement. The best part is after about two months I wened off the pill and my supply didn’t change at all! I will definitely be taking these pills again for my next child!

Contains Sunflower Lecithin, ouch!
Front label says single-herb shatavari, but ingredients indicate there is also sunflower lecithin at an unknown level. Legendary Milk web site has good commentary on lecithin, this added ingredient could lead to other health issues. Get familiar with additives to a product that is suppose to be 100% of something, and not just adding an unknown to the mix.

Did not work for me
This product did not work for me, I took 6 per day at regular intervals but never saw an increase or boost in milk supply.

Lactation booster
I love this product. I have been using it for lactation and I really think it works. I started using it for the first time and began pumping an extra 4 ounces a day within two weeks. 1 year postpartum I had a decrease in supply so I started taking this again and saw another huge boost Inter amount i pump each day. Could be coincidence, but it was twice now.

Increased supply!
I have taken 1 full bottle of the more milk plus and saw that this was recommended to take along with it. I've only taken ONE dose and already noticed an increase in my supply. I pumped 4oz this morning and my 2nd pump of the day at lunch was 5.5oz!! I've tried taking just fenugreek and it alone didnt do anything for me. I've even switched pumps! But since starting the More Milk Plus, Brewers yeast (gained an extra ounce per pump with that from 3oz to 4oz per pump) and now the Shatavari I'm producing more than I have so far for my little one!!!
