The installation on Moen products is a breeze. Well written step-by-step directions and thoughtful installation tools are included in the box; there was no need to YouTube anything except how to get my OLD faucet disconnected!. There are extra pieces to a motion sink, such as the battery pack AND the connections go into a small plastic box that has to clip onto the faucet stem, rather than supply lines going directly to the faucet head. I was a little worried about all this stuff fitting in with my air gap tubes and soap dispenser, but if fit and functions better than the old pull-down faucet did. Despite all the differences from a traditional faucet, the installation took about the same amount of time as it took me to remove my old faucet. We have yet to see how well the motion feature hold up, but upon initial setup and use, this faucet is beautiful and easy to use. The motion feature can easily be disengaged and it can also be controlled with the lever, even when the motion feature is on.

This is such a stylish water faucet and I love that it's spot resistant. Very easy to use. The sprayer is very strong and cleans off just about anything I use it on. No complaints here!

We are so happy with this beautiful Moen faucet! We’ve had it for a month now and absolutely love the look of the brushed chrome. It’s the perfect blend for today’s “transitional” kitchen—modern yet traditional. We’re especially fond of the motion sensor feature. How many times have you been cooking, gotten gunky chicken hands, but then didn’t want to germ up the faucet handle, so you attempt to turn on the water with your elbows? Me! Like a million times as the family cook. This product seemed like the perfect solution, but initially I was hesitant to make the purchase because several reviews indicated the sensor was annoying and/or overly sensitive. This hasn’t been our experience. It’s AWESOME. You just need to get accustomed to how it works. When you stand in front of the sink, the sensor closest to the sink basin detects your presence and turns on the water. The water continues to run as long as you stand in front of the sensor. Move away, the water turns off. If you want the water to continue to run after you’ve stepped away, perhaps to fill a pot or pitcher, you just pass your hand over the sensor on the faucet neck. That maintains a continuous flow. Easy-peasy.The Brantford series didn’t appear to offer a matching dish soap dispenser, so we paired the faucet with the Moen S3946SRS deck-mounted unit, and it’s like they were meant for each other. The soap well is a reasonable size, and it’s very easy to fill. To make it even easier/lower maintenance, our contractor recommended bypassing the well altogether by getting a slightly longer plastic tube from the hardware store and running it straight into an extra-large-sized soap bottle under the sink. Brilliant!Helpful Tip: If you have a farm sink, your basin is likely deeper than average. Check the depth of your sink against the length of the pull-out sprayer to ensure you can easily reach the corners of your sink with the spray radius. My sink is 10 inches deep, and this sprayer just makes the cut. I’d like it even better had the pull-out had been a teensy bit longer, but it gets the job done.An excellent product. The media could not be loaded. OMG! When I opened the box and I put this in myself after my contractor cut off the old faucet, this is so aesthetically beautiful 🤩. I m a petite girl and 1st time ever in my life putting in a faucet and took me 45 mins and very proud of my myself. Thanks a lot to 1 of the reviewer who wrote instructions on how to fix the problem of the front Ready sensor so when I put my cup there or wish to wash my hands, it goes until I pull away. His instructions worked to fix the problem and I m super happy. Now the problem I have is the hose not able to retract itself even after I try to adjust the weight to different places near the yellow indicator at the beginning of the curvature as per instruction. Will see if I can figure out later. Overall I am very happy with this faucet. I got other cheaper faucets (under $200 but with 4.5 star rating no name brand) from Amazon and the sensor don’t work!! Pisted me off wasted time and $ paying handy man to install and found out senor not working at all even followed instructions. I m returning that defective one. However this failure leads me to look for brand name faucet and found out there are actual some have 2 sensors!! Even happier now! 😁

With the purchase of this facucet the kitchen and bathrooms all have Moen faucets. In doing some remodeling my contractor recommended Moen because of the ease of installation, quality and warrenty. I have had a pullout facet before and liked it. So far I am not in love with my kitchen faucet. The oil-rubbed bronze looks very nice but the pull down feels flimsy. I may just need to get used to it but the previous faucet felt more substantial. It is also bulkier than I expected. It does work well and I will not be replacing it anytime soon.

I hired a plumber about five years ago to plumb and install a shower head. He told me Moen is the only brand he will use due to how great their service is. So now when we wanted a new kitchen faucet we decided on this Moen unit. The installation was simple. The finish is exactly what we wanted to match other hardware. The pleasant surprise to us is what a great feature the PowerBoost is. I thought it might be a marketing term but it really increases the water flow and fillss pans or coffee pots in much less time. I love it. I would highly recommend this product.
