This tub filler is a very good value. We just completed a "spa" tub room and had this filler installed to pour into our double slipper tub. The plumber indicated that this tub filler was harder to install (very small base and tight tolerance and little clearance for mounting it) than other tub fillers. And after coming back the next day to adjust tightness and epoxy a few gaps at the floor installation base, the filler is solid now (no wobbles now). From a user perspective, the filler is excellent. It fills our large tub with slow-steady, but adequate speed at max volume (larger diameter pipe compared to other fillers). The control mechanism is perfectly stiff and sure - not flimsy - not loose - but moves to the applied touch at a measurable distance and responsive rate. You can set the temperature and flow volume very precisely - feels expensive. The wand is also quite nice - the hose is flexible and longer than we need. The flow is firm at max volume, and the spray has good coverage. We really like the unit and would highly recommend it - provided you have an expert plumber with experience with tub fillers to your installation.

Ordered this tub filler because of its appearance, price and good reviews. Received the filler, installed it and was impressed with fit, finish and function. Then disaster struck. The shower diverter popped out while filling the tub. Didn't even touch the diverter. The filler was about five months old at the time and may have been used 10 or less times. Emailed the manufacturer over in China and received a very polite over night response from Kevin. Within 24 hours Kevin had repair parts on their way. After seeing the new diverter it was obvious what happened. The assembly person that installed the original diverter over torqued the part and after very little use, it broke. Kevin even sent an entire top end incase the broken portion of the diverter couldn't be removed. Yes, I will buy JiaYouJia products again.

bought for a new construction home in dec 2023. didn't get it installed immediately bc we were told by plumbers to source fixtures for their planning. once it was installed sept 2024 it did not work...like a trickle of less than two gallons per minute over 30 minute to fill our tub at 80%. brought plumbers back out and low and behold it was the fixture. reached out to jiayoujia and they said they have never had anyone experience this low volume and would send out a new head for free but it would cost $50 and take 3-5 weeks. seriously??? it's $300 paperweight!

Only suggestion I have is they lengthen the supply lines for this faucet, even a couple of inches would make the installation so much easier. My son in law is a plumber and said these are a beast to install (all these kinds of faucets) and he was right. I've installed hundreds of faucets and this was the worst. If the supply lines were just a bit longer that would have made it easter. If you have a plumber install I recommend you leave the room as foul language will be used. Installed on wood floor so I used Lags instead of the supplied concrete bolts. I recommend you put it out away from the wall. I put mine too close to the wall and had to modify the base cover. The faucet works well so far and looks stunning.

This is a beautiful piece of equipment. But be prepared to leave enough space around your tub to make sure it fits. Your floor connections need to be above the floor level, but not too high so they fit in the mounting bracket. Then it gets tricky, The connections at the top need to be very short so the feed lines can fit inside the square stand channel. To make sure they fit inside the square channel, you need to twist them. If you do not compensate for the twist in the tubes, they will kink. It's a tight space, and a little patience is required. But once you have it figured out, it works well in the application.

We just finished our bathroom remodel and I could not be happier with this faucet. I was a bit concerned that the price would reflect the quality but it did not disappoint. And saved me hundreds of dollars!! It is sturdy and works great. It was pretty easy to install too, which made my husband happy since he was on that job. He is not a plumber and it was still fairly easy for him. He did have to make a few adjustments on the water lines and use shark bite fittings to extend them below the bracket.NOTE: make sure you thread on the tall square bar to the 3 finger bracket you screw to the subfloor BEFORE you screw it to the floor to see which way to install it. Otherwise, you will not be able to get the square threaded tight, facing straight. It only threads straight with one Specific finger to the back wall and the other two to the front sides. Sorry I didn’t take a photo.

Brought it earlier this year, my (former) contractor said it was missing a valve, I contacted seller and Kevin provided the best customer services one can expect.. I was going through a painful renovation project and Kevin offered any assistance necessary to install the tub filler successfully. I ended up firing my contractor and the new person hired had no problem installing it, nothing, no valve was missing...After bathroom done, I couldn't be happier with this gorgeous tub filler it's also sleek and add a charm to my modern bathroom, superb quality and you cannot beat the price. Recommended !!!!!
