Q: How long is the guarantee?

It doesn’t come with any meaningful guarantee. Their website says in the small print that a warranty is for a “reasonable period of time”. My elegant column radiator cracked after 17 months (leaking dirty water on the carpet) and they had no interest in helping me. They refused to tell me what the warranty length was on it, despite asking four times. I have bought a couple of others from plumbworld with a 10 year warranty, similar price point. My advice is don’t shop with them, no warranty and awful customer service.

Q: On a double radiator what is the distance from the wall to the back of radiator. ie what is the gap behind radiator

The radiator I have is a double and I just measured the gap it is 3.5 cm. I nhope this helps.

Q: What is the weight of the 1600mm x 300 single radiator

Heavy- really heavy. Surprised me when I tried to move it before plumber installed it

Q: can i get foot supports for this radiator as the wall it’s been positioned on is plasterboard

I don’t thinks so but my wall is plaster board and had no problem fitting
